Elaine Drew became interested in art while working as a fashion designer in Manhattan. She works primarily with mythological subject matter in the medieval painting medium of egg tempera. She is a member of Rhythm and Hues, a 5-person artists’ group that exhibits at the Brushes Fine Art Gallery in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her most recent shows were The Spirit of the Dream at the Schulz Gallery in Sonoma and the Pen Women’s exhibition at the John O’Lague Gallery in the Bay Area.
