Default Reconstituting dried up old bole

Hi All~
I know this is not a gilder's forum but wondering if anyone can help. I hauled out my gilding box for a palladium leaf project and discovered several containers of dried up bole, probably 20+ years old!

I believe bole is just clay that has been mulled with water and a little pigment so I'm wondering, if I have the patience, or want to poison myself using a kitchen blender, can I reconstitute it with some distilled water?

Thanks for any ideas,
