i am new to this forum and joined because i have one of my best painting in my collection that is egg tempura medium by a fellow named herb fillmore.
i have a LTD print of Rodondo Beach Hotel , and an orginal of a caroussel. the detail is outstanding and amazing. the grasses, the color of the horses on the merry-go round is so precise.
i have been unable to find out any thing about this artist so found this forum to learn about err tempura and about the artist herb fillmore.

i look forward to learning and if anyone can direct me to info an the artist i am appreciative. dennis
